FAQS

What is mAh?

mAh stands for milliamp hours and represents the total energy storage of a power bank or portable charger. A 5,000mAh charger might give your phone 1-2 full charges, while a 20,000mAh model can charge it 4+ times. It’s all about capacity and how long the power bank will keep your devices running before it needs to be recharged itself

Why is High Wattage Important?

Wattage (W) is a more commonly known term and tells you how fast energy can be transferred from the charger to your device. It's calculated as volts × amps. So a charger with a 22.5W output can charge your phone significantly faster than a basic 5W one. This is especially important if you’re always on the move and need fast top-ups during your day.

65W GaN Charger?

🚀 65W GaN Charger — High-speed, efficient charging in a compact form factor. Wattage needs to be at least 45W to charge a laptop, but ideally 65W.

Qi2 Magnetic Wireless Charging

Qi2 is the new "Gold Standard" for wireless charging. It is basically Apple’s MagSafe technology made universal

Faster Charging: While standard wireless charging is often slow, Qi2 supports 25W fast charging, getting you JUICED UP twice as fast as older universal chargers.

Our 8-in-1 doesn’t just have cables; it has the Qi2 snap. Just hover your phone, feel the click, and get back to your day. ⚡️

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Delivery times vary between 4-14 business days.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Why ampere'SI?

A power bank could have a huge battery (high mAh) but only offer slow charging (low watts), which means your phone might take hours to fully recharge. On the other hand, a small portable charger with fast output may top up your battery quickly but only once before running out of juice.

If you’re charging high-demand devices like tablets or newer smartphones, both power and speed become critical. A high-capacity power bank with high wattage ensures you’re not waiting hours to get back online.

When shopping for a portable charger or power bank, check both mAh and wattage. mAh tells you how much power you get, but watts tell you how fast you’ll get it. For the best charging experience, especially with modern devices that support fast charging, you need a balance of both.

Customer photo review of PowerPack ampere'SI Next Generation 8 - Travel Power Bank 20,000mAh

All around the Hunter for a week non-stop in and out of my resort stay doing 14 hour days and I never, ever needed to worry about running out of any charge for any of my devices…iPads, phone, AirPods, camera charging. Man, u would finish my devices charging and have so much charge still over. Than God I got this before my travel. I can’t say enough, one of my best investments yet.

Woke up to a flat phone battery and freaked out cause I had to go out straight off, then I remembered that I had recently bought the ampere’SI and half an hour later I’m charged with a heck of a lot left for a trillion other days. To said I love this a huge understatement.

Work today, running around the kids homework and activities, working after they sleep at home. Early in the morning and very late at night, I am seriously always powered up with no cause for battery anxiety. Where would I be without you my forever ampere’SI. To say this is ingenious is a gross understatement. Mate and the customer service, so above average.

PowerPack ampere'SI Next Generation 8 - Travel Power Bank 20,000mAh

Customer photo review of PowerPack ampere'SI Next Generation 8 - Travel Power Bank 20,000mAh

The Ampere'SI NxG 8 is an absolute beast when it comes to performance. I was skeptical about the 65W claim, but it charges my power-hungry laptop just as fast as the original wall brick. Between the dual magnetic zones for my phone and watch and the 20,000mAh capacity, I can go an entire weekend without looking for a power outlet. It’s rare to find a product that is this well-engineered and genuinely practical for daily use. If you’re on the fence, just get it—it’s brilliant.

Customer photo review of PowerPack ampere'SI Next Generation 8 - Travel Power Bank 20,000mAh

Honestly, the ampere'SI NxG 8 has changed my entire workflow. Being able to charge my MacBook, iPhone, and Apple Watch all at once from a single unit is a dream for my interstate meetings. I love that I don't have to pack a separate "tech pouch" anymore because the cables and international plugs are already built-in. It feels super premium in my handbag and isn't nearly as heavy as I expected for a 20,000mAh bank. If you're a busy professional, this is the best investment you'll make all year!

Customer photo review of PowerPack ampere'SI Next Generation 8 - Travel Power Bank 20,000mAh

I’ve tried the big-name chargers, but the SI 8 is far more versatile. The dedicated spots for my phone and my Watch/AirPods mean no more cable clutter in my bag. The battery is much longer-lasting than cheaper models, and the compact design makes it a breeze to carry everywhere.

Truly the ultimate all-in-one. Being able to use the 65W wired output for my laptop while my phone and watch are snap-charging wirelessly on the dual zones is incredible. I managed to charge four devices at once at a cafe today, and the NxG 8 handled it with total stability. If you have multiple wireless devices, this is the powerbank to get.

Customer photo review of PowerPack ampere'SI Next Generation 8 - Travel Power Bank 20,000mAh

Having two dedicated magnetic zones on one powerbank is a total space-saver for my desk. I keep it plugged into the wall in 'pass-through' mode, and it acts as a dual wireless charging station for my phone and watch. When I have to run to a meeting, I just grab the whole unit. The 65W GaN tech ensures that even while wireless charging, the unit stays cool.

I’ve spent years carrying a separate brick for my laptop, a power bank for my phone, and a bag of adapters. The SI 8 replaced the lot. It’s sleek, powerful, and the build quality is top-notch. Truly a game-changer for my remote work setup.
